Stuffed against love
After some beer and wine and hills of chocolate bars,
and a movie called "her" there is this feeling
that the only artificial intelligence
in my body is love.
And it is my body,
that still sends out these endlesss letters of unwritten love
while it is suffering under the freaking control of my mind.
My mind being in fear, to loose its control
doesn't allow my body to take over,
stuffing it with superfluos nutrients and tranquilizing liquids.
But the only thing to loose is
to make another mistake
and thousand others to come
and take them as they are.
Hail to failure!
Proud to sprout!
Going out.

After a couple of Beers, wines and Mountains of chocolatebars
and a movie called "her" one gets the feel...

What does it mean to be human?
What it means to be fully human is to open ourselves to fully loving one another in an unsentimental way … We suffer, we love, we struggle, we fail, and then we love again. And I think trying not to imagine that we’re anything more or less than that, as human beings struggling to love and find our way, making mistakes, but still yearning for a deeper connection and a sense of purpose in our lives is what being human is all about.
To be human is to love and to suffer; to suffer with, though — compassion, not to suffer against. So, to have a space big enough to suffer with, and if we can hold that space big enough, we also will have joy and fun, even as we suffer. And suffering will no longer divide us.
---
Heartbreak, vulnerability and love
Running headlong into heartbreak is running directly into vulnerability. It involves uncertainty, risk, and emotional exposure. But vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity.
Should we choose this path, there will be moments (likely many) where we find ourselves facedown in the dirt because the road to wholeheartedness guarantees we will get our hearts broken—again and again. But, in choosing to embrace heartbreak, we empower ourselves to experience the myriad of ways love manifests itself and the beauty life affords us. In the end, it’s not a question of if we will experience heartbreak but of how.
